Privacy policy
UltraPrompt is built around a personal library, not a developer-operated database of your content.
About this policy
This policy explains how UltraPrompt, developed by Spencer Voorhees, handles information in the iPhone and iPad app and on this website.
Your private library
UltraPrompt keeps a local copy of your prompts, collections, favorites, usage dates, and optional prompt images. When iCloud is available, this content synchronizes through your private iCloud database to devices using the same Apple Account.
The app has no UltraPrompt account system, advertising, analytics SDK, or tracking. The developer does not collect or receive your library content through the app. Apple provides iCloud under its own privacy policy and service terms.
Apple Intelligence
If you choose to generate a prompt with Apple Intelligence, your description is processed using Apple’s on-device Foundation Models. UltraPrompt does not send that description or the generated draft to a developer-operated server or an external LLM API.
This feature is optional and requires a supported device and system configuration.
Photos, clipboard, and sharing
The system photo picker gives UltraPrompt access to the image you select, rather than your entire photo library. Attached images are stored with your library and may synchronize through iCloud.
Copying, sharing, exporting, or importing content happens when you request it. Content copied to the clipboard, sent to another app, or saved to a location you choose is subject to that destination’s privacy practices. The developer does not receive a copy.
Retention and deletion
Your library remains on your devices and in your private iCloud account until you delete it. Deletions synchronize across devices. You can delete individual prompts, or choose Delete All Library Data in UltraPrompt’s Settings to remove the full library.
Removing UltraPrompt from one device does not delete the iCloud library. Exported backups and content you shared remain wherever you saved or sent them until you delete them there. We cannot retrieve or delete copies held by another app or service.
This website and support requests
This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics tools. Our hosting providers may process standard technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the website. This is separate from your app library.
If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond to your request. Do not include sensitive prompt content or images unless needed to explain the issue. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence, subject to any applicable retention obligations.
Changes and questions
We may update this policy as UltraPrompt changes. The date above identifies the latest update. Material changes will be reflected in the app and on this page.
